Dunnings S and RC II Beat Burgess Hill I.
With the home team having higher Gradings in 4 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. This turned out to be the case with a Home win.
On paper, the number 5 string should have been the closest, with only 6 ranking points separating the two players before the match.
Home advantage prevailed though, with winning through.
It was the number 4 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 138 Points ! Victory finally going to the Home Player, Adam Hayward.
Player of the tie was the Home No. 1 string, Rob Greengrass, gaining 40 Ranking Points from the match.
Player of the match must be the Away number 3 string, Neil Monnery, who over-turned a 120 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
